Executive Assistant – Take your career to the next level

Our client, a well-respected and world class organization, is looking for a consummate professional with the ability to provide first-class administrative support.

In this role, you will be the first point of contact for all matters referred to the executive office. Your proficiency in project management and multi-tasking will allow you to thrive in an environment where multiple deadlines and wide-ranging priorities are the norm. Additionally, you have the interpersonal skills necessary to build solid relationships with the executive team, colleagues, and key external partners and stakeholders. From time to time, you will attend meetings on behalf of executives and provide them with timely and comprehensive reports.

To succeed in this position you will ideally have a minimum of 5 years experience as a “gatekeeper” at the executive level, ably assisting the individuals who are responsible for decision-making within a progressive organization. A degree or diploma in Business or a related field would be considered and asset. Good judgment and discretion are essential, as you will be responsible for preparing confidential correspondence and reports. Strong communications skills are a must (both written and verbal), along with excellent computer skills and progressively more responsible business administration experience.
