Personnel Search is looking for a recruiter to join our growing team of recruitment specialists. In this key position, you will become an integral part of our team. An excellent communicator with an outgoing personality, you will be working closely with some of our major clients to assess and identify their needs. Your skills, expertise, professional manner and entrepreneurial drive will be crucial in building these important client relationships.
Additionally, you will be responsible for the end-to-end recruitment process of screening, interviewing and qualifying potential candidates. For each job posting you will work closely with hiring managers, and use your expertise to provide them with a short-list of eligible candidates.
Exceptional interpersonal, organizational and communications skills are essential for this position, as is the ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment. You have at least 5+ years of relevant business experience that may include a successful career in sales. An energetic self-starter, you have the ability to work independently.
