Our client, a well-established organization, is seeking a Senior Manager, Supply Management to join their team. This is an exciting leadership opportunity for a seasoned supply chain professional to shape procurement strategies, manage supply risk, drive value creation, and lead sourcing, contract execution, and supply operations across multiple business lines. In this role, you’ll be responsible for overseeing the full procurement lifecycle—from strategic planning and supplier evaluation to contract management and performance monitoring. You’ll work closely with business stakeholders to align sourcing strategies with organizational priorities and ensure that procurement processes are efficient, compliant, and continuously improving.Your ability to identify risks and develop mitigation plans will be essential, as will your experience in bringing innovative solutions to complex supply challenges. You’ll also be responsible for establishing robust spend visibility and analytics capabilities to support data-driven sourcing decisions, analyzing product cost structures, and ensuring suppliers consistently deliver value and performance. A hands-on leadership style, strong analytical thinking, and a collaborative mindset will be key to success.

 

This position is ideal for a leader who not only understands supply management but also knows how to motivate and develop people, streamline processes, and make data-driven decisions that support long-term business goals.We’re looking for someone with 10–15 years of experience in supply management, including at least 7 years in a leadership role managing cross-functional teams. A degree in Business, Supply Chain, or a related field is required. An MBA or a Supply Chain Management Professional (SCMP) designation would be an asset.
