Bilingual Customer Care Team Lead

Our client, the largest and leading hearing care provider in Canada with a network of clinics across Canada is searching for a Bilingual Customer Care Team Lead to base out of their Dieppe, NB clinic.

This key role will report to their Regional Clinic Manager.

 

A day in the life of a Customer Care Team Lead involves:

  • Supporting the Regional Clinic Manager with training and onboarding of new customer care representatives.
  • Troubleshooting queries from Customer Care team and support with calendar management.
  • Adhering to standards for 3rd billing and insurance as they relate to clinic dispensing procedures.
  • Managing any notable customer compliments or complaints that require action or acknowledgement at a management level
  • Networking with other leaders in the company, hearing health sector, professional associations and community.
  • Assisting with local clinic activities in support of National Marketing Campaigns.

 

Requirements:

  • Previous administrative or leadership experience with proficiency in the Microsoft Suite (French & English)
  • The proven ability to support in a team environment
  • You are aligned with our value of helping others with an aptitude of problem solving
  • You have a “Can-Do” attitude, you love to learn and are passionate about growing your knowledge
  • Must own a vehicle with ability for some travel (reimbursed)
