Our client has an opening for a Human Resources Business Partner.


You Focus:

  • Support the development and implementation of common HR programs, policies and services across the division
  • Drive positive employee experience through building relationships, engagement planning & activities along with problem resolution
  • Drive HR efficiencies and effectiveness in alignment with business objectives
  • Serve as the primary point of contact with employees on HR matters within the scope of the role
  • Provide support for the HR function across recruitment, onboarding, performance management, employment relations, HR policy and procedures, learning and development, health and safety and exiting
  • Ownership of data reporting, insights and ad hoc requests for leadership
  • Partner with the HR business leaders to determine best practices for employee experience


You Have:   

  • Post-secondary degree with a concentration in Human Resources, Business, or a related discipline
  • Relevant experience in delivering Human Resources services or an equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Prior experience with data analytics, reporting, HRIS (preferably Oracle HCM) and ATS (Taleo)
  • Strong communication with the ability to engage stakeholders at all organizational levels
  • Strong curiosity, problem solving, judgment and decision-making ability

  • A CPHR designation would be an asset
