Our client, a large well establish group of companies has an opening with their Construction & Equipment Division for a Manager, Talent Acquisition .
Key Activities/Responsibilities:
- Manage and coordinate the activities of all direct and dotted-line recruitment resources within the Construction & Equipment Division
- Develop an international pipeline leveraging immigration as a key talent pipeline for the Division
- Utilize world-class recruiting techniques to maintain a consistent pipeline of candidates minimizing 3rd party recruiting costs.
- Develop and implement creative and innovative sourcing strategies and techniques to build a pipeline of candidates.
- Manage full life cycle recruitment for executive and salaried positions (post, source, prescreen, schedule, background, references, offer and onboarding).
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree – Business, Engineering, Humanities
- Registered Professional Recruiter (RPR) designation (or willingness to obtain) would be an asset
Experience:
- Minimum 3 years recruiting management experience in a high-volume, environment or similar experience managing complex projects/work environments with a diverse employee population.
- Agency and corporate experience are a plus.
- Ability to create diverse and creative solutions for sourcing skilled/semi-skilled, and executive candidates.
