Our client is looking to hire an Office Manager to join its team in Moncton, NB! As the successful candidate you will be responsible for overseeing the office staff and administrative activities of the organization.
Manage records and information
Plan and maintain work facilities
Provide administrative assistance to management team
Manage a team of administrative staff
Oversee other office tasks (replenish office supplies, distribute mail, custodial duties, etc.)
Light bookkeeping duties
Inventory management and Vendor relations
Previous experience in office management (experience working in a medical or dental office would be beneficial)
Strong leadership qualities
Post-secondary education (diploma or degree) preferred
Excellent communication skills – French and English
Customer service experience
Ability to prioritize and multi-task
Strong organizational skills
Deadline and detail-oriented
Experience working with Enterprise software
