Our well-established and respected client has an opening for a Pricing Analyst. Reporting to the Director of Pricing Strategy and Analytics, this role will be responsible for assisting in the implementation of the company’s pricing strategy, working with the Sales Team to ensure profitable growth, and participate in strategic projects to increase efficiencies and processes and maximize profitability. In addition, this role will be responsible for managing, analyzing, and reporting of customer rebates.



  • Assist and provide input to the Director of Pricing Strategy and Analytics in the development and direction of the company’s pricing strategy.
  • Analyze new sales opportunities to ensure they are profitable and competitive.
  • Provide recommendations on price changes to existing operational pricing structure based on analysis, research, and feedback from the field to maximize profitability.
  • Prepare profitability analysis and provide recommendations on profit improvement initiatives.
  • Manage the customer rebate process, including regular reporting to customers, creating check requests and credit memo’s, annual reconciliation, and maintaining up to date customer contracts.
  • Develop and grow relationships with internal stakeholders including, but not limited to, Sales, Procurement, Category Management, Customer Service, and Marketing.
  • Provide recommendations on improvements to pricing processes and improved efficiencies.



  • Minimum of 2+ years of experience in pricing and/or finance
  • Bachelor’s degree (preferably in Business, Accounting, or Finance) is preferred
  • Able to work within a team environment and various internal departments
  • Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail
  • Excellent reasoning, judgement, and decision-making skills
  • Strong business acumen
  • Proficient in Excel and database programs
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Work with minimal supervision
  • Must be organized and able to prioritize work and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment
