As our client continues to grow, we are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Regional Sales Manager to lead their sales efforts in the Maritimes market.

Job Description:

As a Regional Sales Manager you will play a critical role in driving revenue growth and expanding our client’s market presence in the Maritimes. You will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies, cultivating customer relationships, and ensuring the successful promotion and distribution of our client’s building materials to industrial and commercial clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Strategy Development: Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to achieve regional sales targets and market expansion goals.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients.
  • Market Analysis: Stay up-to-date on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities, and provide insights to adapt the sales strategy accordingly.
  • Product Knowledge: Maintain a deep understanding of our building materials, applications, and industry standards to effectively communicate product benefits and address customer inquiries.
  • Sales Support: Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to ensure effective product launches and promotions.

Qualifications:

  • The ideal candidate will have completed a Bachelor’s program, and we particularly welcome applications from individuals with degrees in Engineering or similar disciplines who also have hands-on experience in the construction sector.
  • Experience in the industrial and commercial building materials industry.
  • Exceptional communication and negotiation abilities.
  • In-depth knowledge of the building materials industry, including products, processes, and customer needs, preferred.
