On behalf of our client we are looking for candidates for the full time position of Senior Manager, Transactional Services.

The Senior Manager, Transactional Services reports to the Senior Director, Shared Services and leads all aspects of the Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable activities at this large operation.

We are seeking an accomplished senior leader who possesses an elevated comprehension of process management and high-volume transactional processing. The ideal candidate will have a proven record of building and establishing both internal and external relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee transactional services processing team, ensuring policies and standards are followed
  • Manage all aspects of the Accounts Receivable department including the processing of daily deposits, cash application, invoicing, and affiliate collections
  • Manage all aspects of the Accounts Payable department including the digitization and processing of invoices and the processing of payments
  • Recommend policy and procedural changes to senior management
  • Lead the team of professionals (one of the largest teams in Finance), including coaching and career development
  • Deliver the monthly update to the Executive Leadership team highlighting exposure and opportunities
  • Lead the AR & AP review meetings with operations, including cash optimization
  • Lead process improvement initiatives to minimize errors and rework in the Order to Cash and Procure to Pay processes
  • Maintain industry knowledge and awareness of best practices related to transaction processing including benchmarking

 

Qualifications:

  • University or master’s degree in business
  • Previous team leadership experience
  • Experience working with automated AR & AP systems
  • Excellent analytical skills
  • Previous experience leading process improvement initiatives
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Extreme high attention to detail and time management
